PEAK SEASON

SINGLE ROOM WITH BREAKFAST US$ 105 per room 

DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM WITH BREAKFAST US$ 130 per room 

Half Board is $30 per person per day 

21 Dec 2008  to 7 Jan2009  there is a supplement of US$15 pppn. 

Please note single occupancy rate does not apply during this period

LOW SEASON

 

1 April – 30 June  

SINGLE ROOM WITH BREAKFAST US$ 95 per room 

DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM WITH BREAKFAST US$ 120 per room

 

Triple Room – extra person pays $50

0-2 years when sharing with 2 x adults -  free of charge

2-12 years when sharing with 2 x adults - each pay 50% of adult rates (max 2 children)

Children 2-12 years when occupying a room of their own – first child pays adult rate and each additional child pays 75% of adult rate

Very high season dates (21 December – 7 January) – minimum stay of 5 nights 

SELF-CATERING: There is a supplement of $15 per room per day  

Cancellation charges are: 

1 month = no fee                15 days to 1 month = 25%

3 to 14 days = 50%            2 days or less = 100%

To confirm a booking a 30% deposit must be paid

For the period 1 December – 14 January payment must be received by end of October to confirm the rooms 

Transfers from the Airport/Seaport in an air-conditioned vehicle cost $60 each way for the vehicle
